Through a partnership with Idealease and Powell’s International Trucks of Lynchburg, VA. we are proud to announce that we are now offering short and long-term rentals of refined fuel, propane, water, portable restroom and septic/grease tank trucks on a variety of International cab and chassis models.

Whether you need a truck to fulfill a contract, get you through your busy season, or if your current truck breaks down or for any situation in between, renting a unit would be an excellent option for you.

Insurance Requirements

Powell’s Idealease, LLC requires a Certificate of Insurance including the below for its Tank Rental Truck Program

$5,000,000 Auto Liability for all Hazmat Tank Trucks (can be achieved with Auto and excess policies).
$1,000,000 Auto Liability for all Non-Hazmat Tank Trucks (can be achieved with Auto and excess policies.
$1,000,000 General Liability Coverage.
Must have form MCS-90 and Pollution endorsement CA 99 48.
Physical Damage Insurance ($1,000 Deductibles).
Powell’s Idealease, LLC must be named as Loss Payee for rented or leased vehicles.
Powell’s Idealease, LLC to be named Additional Insured for Auto and GL.
Powell’s Idealease, LLC must be named the Certificate Holder. Correct wording is below.

Idealease Services, Inc., Idealease, Inc. and its members and who provide, lease or rented autos to the named insured, including the owners of such autos are named a Loss Payee and Additional Insured
