This position will entail (but is not limited to) fabricating and assembling the tank bodies. You must have fitting skills as well as welding experience in aluminum, steel or stainless steel.
This position has physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting (75-100lbs), bending, twisting, and turning.
Quality Control Inspector
The quality control inspector position develops, implements and manages quality control systems designed to ensure continuous production of our company’s products consistent with established standards, customer specifications and production goals.
This position will entail (but is not limited to) using heavy machinery to cut metals, tracking materials for jobs, and lifting (50lbs or more) and bending. Ability to proficiently read a ruler is required.
Read blueprints or technical diagrams. Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices. Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Set up, operate and maintain electrical equipment. Other duties as assigned.
Using AutoCad design and drafting software, draftsman will produce technical drawings to serve as a visual guide during manufacturing. Both manual drawings and computer-based applications, such as computer-assisted drafting, are used. Create and incorporate mathematical formulas to create component specifications and reproduce their schematics for use. Maintain product and company reputation by complying with government regulations. Associate’s Degree required. Knowledge of ASME and DOT regulations preferred.
